Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the bt777 platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.
You must provide complete, accurate, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact email address. bt777 relies on this information for KYC verification and regulatory compliance purposes. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bt777 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify bt777's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your bt777 Account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. bt777 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain Account security.
bt777 is required by its operating licence to conduct identity verification on all accounts prior to the processing of withdrawal requests. The KYC process is also triggered where bt777's risk management systems identify unusual account activity, large deposits, or other compliance indicators.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the Account. bt777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
bt777 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of security or KYC checks. Any attempt to circumvent withdrawal rules — including using multiple payment methods to aggregate withdrawal limits or process funds through unverified accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
bt777 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under its international gaming licence. All transactions are monitored. bt777 reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory source of funds documentation may result in Account suspension and regulatory reporting.
bt777 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of each offer.
New bt777 players who have not previously held an Account are eligible for the welcome bonus applicable at the time of first deposit. The welcome bonus is not available to players who have previously self-excluded from bt777 or who are re-registering after a previous Account closure.

A wager is confirmed and binding only upon receipt of a confirmation reference from the bt777 system. Wagers that have not received a system confirmation — due to network interruption, browser closure, or system error — are not binding on either party and any funds temporarily reserved will be returned to the player's Real Money Balance.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, table, and market. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market interface. bt777 reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake limits at its discretion, particularly in response to patterns indicative of advantage play or professional wagering activity.
bt777 reserves the right to void any wager where: (a) a manifest pricing error has occurred; (b) the outcome of an event has been determined prior to market closure through insider information; (c) the wager was placed in violation of these Terms; or (d) the underlying event is postponed, abandoned, or declared invalid under the applicable sport's governing rules. Voided bets will result in the return of the staked amount to the player's Real Money Balance.

Cricket markets — including PSL, international Tests, T20Is, and ODIs — are governed by the sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook's Rules section. In-play bets are accepted on most cricket markets subject to live-betting availability.

bt777 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bt777 takes reasonable measures to ensure platform uptime, security, and reliability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
In no event shall bt777's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of funds currently held in your Real Money Balance at the time the liability arose. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.
You may request closure of your bt777 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, bt777 will process the request within one business day. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures and completion of any pending KYC requirements.

In the event of Account closure by bt777, any Real Money Balance held in the Account will be returned to you upon satisfactory completion of KYC verification, subject to deduction of any amounts found to be in breach of these Terms. Bonus Balances and any associated winnings are forfeited upon Account closure.
Accounts that have not been accessed for a continuous period of 18 months or more are classified as dormant. bt777 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of PKR 500 per month on dormant accounts. The fee will be deducted from the Real Money Balance. Players will be notified via email prior to the first fee charge.
bt777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments — including changes to eligibility requirements, wagering rules, bonus terms, or limitation of liability provisions — will be notified to registered users via email to the address on file at least seven days prior to the effective date of the amendment.
Non-material amendments, including typographical corrections, clarifications, and formatting changes, may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of the bt777 platform following notification of a material amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the bt777 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bt777 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact bt777's customer support team to attempt resolution in good faith. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body specified in bt777's licence conditions.
You waive any right to commence or participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against bt777 relating to your use of the platform or interpretation of these Terms. Any claims must be brought in an individual capacity only.
